Garden Overview...
Our Community Garden was set up in 2016 to provide the residents of Westwood & Ravensthorpe with somewhere to buy affordable healthy food in a friendly place to socialise as well as deliver a variety of events and activities for all members of the community.
We have a wealth of wildlife at the garden, with frogs, birds, bugs and mammals all enjoying the vibrant eco-system.
We sell a range of plants grown by our volunteers, from seedlings to herbs, flowers, shrubs and even trees!
Using Peat-free compost, organic feed and re-used pots and tubs our plants are affordable and sustainable.
The garden is a great place to volunteer and a proven way of lowering stress, lifting your mood and improving your health all round. We have lots of opportunities so get in touch to find out more!
